Panthers Prospect: FB Eric Breitenstein

He'll make training camp. Not sure about a team's 53 but this guy was destined for NFL from his freshman year at Watauga High in Boone. Really, really high football IQ and a workout warrior as his dad was the strength and conditioning coach at Watauga for many, many years.

Just for shits and giggles, Breitenstein did play Safety in HS and was being recruited for that position at App, from what I heard. Maybe he could be a SS for the Panthers lolz

 

He also went to Wofford because he wanted to work with the Panthers during training camp, which he did. He's a huge Panthers fan.

 

But, its messed up App wouldn't give him a full scholarship. I think they learned their mistake on that one, Eric ran for 253 yards in one game against them and Wofford was ultimately the better team the past 3 years.
