D.J. Hackett

Alright. I know he's been injured and what not, but I really haven't seen many people discuss this...

In the offseason, when I heard we signed D.J. Hackett, I was ecstatic. A veteran WR who had years left in him and showed that he could make some plays in Seattle. I was stoked.

But where the hell has he been? Even if he's been injured the first quarter/half of the season, he just has made no impact on this team at all.

What would you guys say it is?

Is it the (slight) emergence of Dwayne Jarrett?

Is it the injuries to D.J. Hackett?

Or is it the fact that the Panthers offense RARELY calls for anything past the #2 Reciever in our play?

I'm not trying to stir any pots or anything, just trying to hear some discussion on this player.

it's a combination of the above. that and it doesn't look like jake trust him at all on the field. The main reason for that is how much time he missed in training camps, preseason, and the early part of this season. That all leads to him a jake having very little time to get to know each other. If you knew anything about Hackett, you knew there was the probability that this would end up happening.
