I don't think it really matters. the proof will be once they get on the field (if Rivera is smart enough to do it).  I will say that Gettis consistently makes a good accounting of himself when he's on the field.  To me, no WR on the roster other than 89 has earned a damn thing except the opportunity to be on the roster, and that includes LaFell.  For  the last couple of years we haven't had a WR2/3 that has struck fear in opponents and consistently commanded attention to take the pressure off Smitty. LaFell hasn't been able to do it thus far, and a few good preseason reports aren't gonna change my opinion regarding his lack of consistency.  Perhaps Gettis will be the one to finally break through in the regular season.
