How many of you....

not upset, it's just that this kind of thing has been done before with the attempt that some are trying to make themselves out to be better fans than others. if that wasn't your aim, cool. this was more a reaction to that being done before and expecting it because of that.

Let me ask you this. Do you believe there are some people here that don't go simply because of their record?

Proud to say that I will be in attendance this year for my first ever Panther game at Bank of America Stadium against the Jets in December! Hope we are in the playoff hunt around that time. I believe I'll be in section 136 with my buddy whose family are season ticket holders. I've supported Carolina in New England, New York, and San Diego. I'll be going to the game in Arizona this year as well and possibly San Francisco.

Hope to tailgate at the Huddle tailgate and meet some of you then.

Something else to consider is the atmosphere in most(or a lot of) the sections...

I'd go to a lot more games if the rules/whine n cheese wasn't so bad.

For example....getting told to sit down...

Another factor is that watching from home has never been better....with the great TVs, internet, fantasy, etc...

No he was. He has posted as much in other threads after the draft.

But back on topic. I'm gonna try and make it to the SF game at SF if I have the money. I've got friends who are huge 9ers fans I will be with so hopefully I wont get stabbed in the neck when we win and I'm doing my superman poses in all their faces while wearing my Kalil jersey and Panthers hat.

My brother in law who is a hardcore 49ers fan and our wives are going to that game as well. The downside of having to travel with a fan of the opposing team is that I have to get tickets behind their bench as opposed to sitting behind the Panthers bench. I'll be sitting in enemy territory.

And for the rest of you who live in the Charlotte proximity, count yourself blessed that you get the opportunity of watching them live unlike the rest of us every home game.

i believe this...that when they start becoming consistent winners that more people will be interested and excited. 4 winning seasons in over 25 years just doesn't generate that much appeal.

we'll have more fans and more generational fans once the panthers give them something to be really excited about and a tradition and a sense of pride that goes beyond them just being the local team.

right now, the support they get is about what they deserve and have earned.

That's fair
