I remember when I was a kid I saw this cartoon of a guy running around a hospital while being chased by these big scary doctors  I can't figure out the name it's driving me crazy! 1990s.

I really don't remember that many details i just remembers these big scary doctors chasing this guy around a hospital trying to catch him. It might have been a silent cartoon. I know it was real because it's the reason hospitals scare me. Sorry about being vague.
