esp. loved the confidence in his team and the work he talked about doing with dorsey and shula. also the mindset shift he had last year. when it's 3 and 4 you don't have to take a shot down field...just get the first down.

 

i think the team loved the reputation it had for having more big plays than anyone so they went overboard trying to keep that rep and i think it cost them games by doing it. just get the first down. play smart.
