That's also an emotional reaction, it's just the extreme opposite end of the spectrum...he doesn't show it by flapping around the field like a 3 year old.  To me, though, those two things come from the same place; a high desire to win that is not being met with success.

 

Cam doesn't need anyone to teach him to want to win, or to have fire, or whatever we want to call it.  He just needs to express what he already has in a better way than he did in the beginning of his career.

While this is a bad idea for right now, I have to agree that I think Delhomme could have a future in coaching.  I felt like that's the only way he was able to win games when he was a player.  He was a stellar captain on the field, and I think he could eventually make that move to the coaching realm.

Sure Jake can be a good motivator, but as far as teaching someone how to play, Jake always had terrible mechanics. I don't want him anywhere near Cam.

Agreed. I'd don't know whether or not Delhomme has the ability to offer anything and am not really taking the suggestion seriously. However, I'm not discrediting it based solely on the sulking vs temper tantrum aspects either.
