I think he did a fine job as a first year HC -
Some unreasonable expectations some of yall seem to have had for Year One. This franchise was in a constant state of sucking. It was the worst stretch in franchise history. The culture has improved tremendously and more than doubled the win total. This is while having a defensive unit that was historically terrible. He still had these random practice squad players buying in and competing despite a lack of experience and talent. We got lucky. -
