Makes a lot of sense. Hope he continues to us it in his evaluations. I think you can do things with these kind of players. You don't have to keep it simple, like last year. You can let the dogs out, so to speak.

All GM's use Athletic when describing a player. One word though he used that really makes me believe that we will rarely flop on a player and that is Instinctive.

That is only referring to the guys in the trenches but instinctive refers to all the players he chooses.

Getitleman is making some of the right moves. Time will tell how good of a talent evaluator he is(although he was very good in NYC). The thing I and it seems Getitleman is concerned with is Rivera. There is a reason he is on a 1 year deal with his entire coaching staff as well.

I love the fact that he loves defensive linemen, but I'm equally worried that he seems equally indifferent about the offensive line.  It's too early to jump the gun about that, obviously.

But... every good Huddler knows watching a player for 3 minutes on youtube is a great way to evaluate talent

I prefer to judge players by their Madden ratings. It is my bible.
