I actually think that you want to kill all the white people in the world.

hahaha, wow

So reading a person's opinions on a sports message board who has a different skin color from mine (which happens to be a differing opinion) can allow me to extrapolate that he wants not only to kill me, but to kill everyone who looks like me?

You really can't make this poo up.

GRITS has had RG3 in his avy how long? No way he could be racist.

Sylvianlight used to post how much he loved certain Bobcats players, no way he could be racist. FOH

Tolerating someone and seeing them as equal to you are two seperate things. There are skinheads and neo-nazi's who listen to gangster rap.

Besides CarolinaPanthers8789 is the one who always proclaims I hate white people and never gives any evidence or statements to back it up.

I say this all the time, I come from a different culture. My ego is not tied to seeing white athletes fail, or making the biggest white athlete some "boogeyman" for me to hate on and want to see lose all the time. Low self esteem runs rampant in those types.

I think that you sometimes just go too far with making things about race. Racism does still exist (it always will), but it exists in every angle (whites racist towards blacks, blacks racist towards whites, latinos racist towards blacks, etc). Honestly, I think that you are a pretty intelligent poster for the most part. When you aren't making racism focused posts -- you tend to post facts or well backed up opinions. It's just that the passive-aggressive, racism focused posts really dilute your overall quality as a poster. Racism does exist, but we'll never make any type of forward progression from this point when we focus so much on racism.

Yeah, I actually was going to post something about that, but couldn't tell if he was trolling or what.

Ignoring problems is not the same as solving.

And when something doesnt effect you, its easy to say "you're going to far"

Its not racism that bothers people, its me speaking on WHITE racism that makes them upset. I notice you didnt chastise or make a sarcastic comment at CarolinaPanthers8789 for calling me racist or saying I hate white people. That's pretty much been the tone of the board when these discussions come up, save the white person and throw KT under the bus.

It's called sarcasm, but you obviously wouldn't know anything about that, would you?

Go back and look who started the racist claims you bigoted asshole.

You think the world is out to get you and the entire African-American population when in fact you are one of the most racist and naive shitheads I have ever come in contact with.

Usually when you try to point out a flaw in someone, it means that you have that flaw.

Just admit it, you're a racist. Ever post you have ever made revolves around skin color because you are clearly self conscious and covering up for something.

You are killing me. So LeBron's 11 for 11 from the free throw line doesn't matter when they win, but one shot that Durant makes near the end of regulation somehow trumps the other 11 shots he missed in the 4th quarter and OT. Just man up and say you don't like LeBron and are going to judge him more harshly than you would Durant because you like him.

You're just like KT, you pick and choose your arguments and only remember "certain" things.

If you can forget how awful LeBron was in the playoffs two years ago, then I can forget Durants pathetic fourth quarter last night where he still managed to send the game to overtime.

I'd say the pot is calling the kettle black, but then you'd accuse me of wanting to kill all white people too.

I guess I just don't pay a lot of attention to racism. I know that it's there, but I'd rather let it be a non-issue. Racism affects every race. I really just don't pay much attention to the color of ones skin, because I see everyone as equals -- it's how I was raised, and how everyone should be raised. I have many friends and co-workers who are a different skin color, but they are just like I am and really no different. I guess from my experience racism just isn't that big of a deal for me or many of the people that I know (including people who are a different race than I am).

I didn't make response regarding CarolinaPanthers8789's comments calling you a racist, because while I don't believe that you are racist, you do show a lot of racist qualities. I know that you are only trying to stick up for your race, because you believe that blacks are the only race that receives racism, but your logic is very flawed imo. Every race has racism thrown their way. It's sad, it's pathetic, and it's ignorant in this day and age, but it's the simple truth. If everyone stopped making racist comments, and/or making everything about race, then racism wouldn't exist. Although that will never happen, because racism will always be in the mind of someone. I just really wish that wasn't true, because really no race is different from one another other than culture (which is changing a bit, since we're a melting pot).

Anyways this thread took a major turn lol. It's a healthy discussion to have though.

When I ever make him look foolish in a bball discussion he always goes to that. "KT is a racist, he hates white people"

When I ever discuss white racism his guilt always forces him to attack me. His way of "standing his ground".

Dude is a clown. He doesnt know what he wants to be. One second he's a Hornet, the next he's a Bobcat. He's not comfortable in his identity.

I'm a whatever team there is in Charlotte, we established this long ago as I was the only one making game threads this entire year.

Still got a couple years to go til you match King Taharqa tho. Youd throw it all away in a heartbeat. Your loyalty is to a city not a basketball team.

    • Happy Thanksgiving y’all. Thankful for a very good team and for this group to talk canes.  Eat drink celebrate our win bs the rags. This team is cup ready.
    • I don't think should be seen as an insult, legitimately. Teddy's floor was consistently a good game manager to his ceiling of border-line top 10 QB who's arm strength didn't blow you away but could make all the throws and generally made good decisions and had some sneaky athleticism.  Teddy started on quite a few teams. He had a good start to his career, had a horrific injury that could have ended his career, came back and played himself into being a starter, got a contract here (and subsequently became another victim of Tepper's impetuousness), and then started games for a few other teams. Teddy could have been a franchise QB had he not suffered a freak injury, and then he just never ended up in another stable situation. He still had a good NFL career that could have been great without that injury. Teddy before that injury did look like a franchise QB, and I dont think that's a bad comp for Young nor an insult in terms of what his career could be based on that comparison.
    • Absolutely the wrong take. We have to run and gun. We have zero post presence. We just have to make shots. We just can't hit water from a boat tonight and we're turning it over to boot. Then you have a poor shooting opponent shooting lights out.  Looks like a long season ahead of us though if Hubert doesn't adapt to this roster. We have to play a pressure trapping D and get out in transition because we aren't beating anyone in the half court.
