What is the huddle concensus terribly wrong about this year?

You say better than Chud as if he is some infallible genius.

No, thats just how you are reading it.

Chud sucked the first 10 games of the season. Does that automagically mean Shula will do better? Nope.

Well you've made no secret of your disapproval of Shula. I was pissed about it too.

No but if he doesn't spend over half the season forcing a square peg into a round hole that'll be a start.

my concern is the amount of time it will take for shula to decide if putting a round peg in a round hole is the best course of action and then how best to relay that information to the one with the peg. and then forgetting that there are square pegs that should be used sometimes.

No need for anyone to have a meltdown, but unpopular opinion alert incoming:

Cam might still have problems with losing properly next year. We all know it's true, we're just huge homers and are blinded to it at times. Cam is a sore loser, and it affects him in games when things aren't going his way. The second half of last season it seemed like he was finally maturing, but will this continue if we get off to YET ANOTHER slow start this year?  Obviously no one knows for sure, but I do know this: Cam is the most critical part of this team. If he can step up both his play and leadership, he can take this team to a new level. If he keeps reverting to a sixth-grader mentality when losing or not playing perfect, this team will never reach its full potential.

tl;dr- We all want to hope Cam has finally grown up, not so sure if he really has. Time will tell. His development into an elite quarterback is what is holding us back from getting to the playoffs and making a run.

Another one I just thought of: don't expect Star and KK to be dominate forces in the first quarter of the season. I expect gradual progression with both of them. Rarely are DT's dominate in their first year in the league (exception: Suh).

you are a fuging idiot

You mean calling in the play during games? Doubt it will be an issue. His familiarity with Cam is going to help quite a bit. Honestly at this point if we're talking coaches, I'm more concerned about Rivera. Will we see the cautious and scared to lose Rivera or will we see the coach with balls who goes for the jugular and the win?

i hope so, but the blandness and  lack of creativity are only part of the issues he had.

he was notoriously slow in getting the play to the field.

but  hope hes better or at the very  least just doesn't get in the way. i just don't see us outcoaching anyone or setting some killer pace.

and those concerns about rivera....yeah, I've got those as well.

Like they say 3rd time is the charm..... 2011 - the defense was horrible......2012 - offense sucked ......2013 I believe everything comes together  last 2 years gave us some perspective and hardship that will help us navigate the 2013 season.

OC- Shula ...from Cam's interview he seems thrilled that Shula is the OC ..... I think where going back to balanced attack with Newton under the center,,, where going to pound the ball and air out with play action and stretch the field.

Offense Line- Long as we stay healthy where going to have a good unit...... IMO Kugbila is going to be the starting RG and he is going to pave the way for our running game...... 6'4" 320 lbs with bottom girth he wan't  be getting pushed around like Hangartner

Defensive Line-  Having 2 DE with double digit sack and adding Star & KK for the interior  they will finally have chance to focus on pass rushing wile the run defense is taken care by the rookies  & Dwan.......  along with backup we will have good rotation where the front 7 will stay fresh for 4 quarters and no more last minute meltdown

Overall I believe one of our  strongest assets are going to be O-line and D-line  these "Hogmollies"  with Newton having better leadership and consistency

Record - (11-5)

Never be afraid to tell it like you see it. I happen to believe that being a fan should be fun. Optimism is a big part of that. So I say to you, good post sir, or madam.

This team has many question marks heading into the season. Cam isn't high up on my list.

Are we going to let this douche hang around all offseason?

Do something about it tough guy - you dont like my opinion put me on ignore or are you too big of a dildo?
