Success will depend on if they can get a tv deal together, and if their teams can compete evenly with one another. Theres a crack for them to wiggle into the NFL wont ever take less money for their network tv deal and the networks cant keep accepting more expensive packages when they already take a loss on it.

The sports media is vindictive, short sighted, and sycophantic so any football league anyone tries to start is going to be a "joke" unless they have cooperation with the NFL, but that will leave them with official D-Leauger afterthought status. If they want to get any momentum going they are going to need a stable cable deal on a neuteral network like VS to build off.
