Coconut Cream or Key Lime.  However, although bound to cause controversy, I'm surprised nobody has mentioned rhubarb yet.  Got to have a taste for it though.  No middle ground on rhubarb, you either love it or hate it.

The picture doesn't do it justice.  Picture a graham cracker crust with a layer of cream cheese followed by a layer of chocolate pudding, followed by a layer of Cool whip sprinkled with pecans and shaved chocolate pieces.  The great part is  it is very easy to fix, you really can't screw it up, you don't have to bake anything and everyone likes it young and old.  If you don't like pecans you can crumble up whatever you like.

 

For an after pie drink consider a rim job.

 

 

 

Port wine in a chocolate rimmed glass.
