B 747 Crash in Bagram, Afghanistan

They are saying that the cargo slid to the back of the airplane causing it to go nose up like that.  To me it looks like the pilot pulled up a little to much and stalled the airplane.

I was an air traffic controller for 21 years and spent a year at Kandahar in Afghanistan.  Most of the civilian pilots were scared they were going to get shot down and would climb like a bat out of hell to get above 10,000 ft.

Sorry for the crew and family. Also that video shouldnt have went viral so quickly that is going to hurt the family more.

That and being worried about being hit by a rocket on the ground.  Did alot of planning of flights to Afghanistan when I was in Michigan didnt work for National but their headquarters was on the same field.  Would always get a call once in awhile of the crew having to duck into the bunkers.

Either climbing to steep, shift load or stuck pitot and not enough speed.  Hard to say at the moment without all the details.

The black box has probably already been recovered so we should have some idea of what happened in the next month.

Chuba was downed at the KC 16 and Moore was on his way back to the QB, so the offense got what they could for the most part. After reviewing the all-22, Bryce made the right call here. Tremble was the hot and KC sent both LBs. He gets it out with a clear pocket but it's quickly collapsing. If there was a little more time it looked like AT came free at the end but whether or not Bryce would've been upright still is another story. Smart move to get the completion and keep the field goal in play to stay alive. George Karlaftis is about to get himself a big ole hug and Bryce heaves it to where David Moore is going. Trent McDuffie slipped just a step or two before this shot, but we can see the clear DPI here as he's wrapped around David Moore before knocking him over as the ball gets there.
    • I’m taking a TE early day 3 Ian Thomas and Tremble are FA.  We should have no desire to bring them back.   There’s more than enough film of ball bouncing off their hands or facemask.
    • Daniel Jones sometimes would sling it for 300 or 400 yards.  That's my stance.  We know what Bryce is.  If you consistently play any QB at this level, they largely are going to end up w/ some good days/games.  last time Mahomes was at BOA, Teddy Bridgwater threw for 300+ yards and a couple TDs and the Matt Rhule Panthers almost took him down.  We know what Bryce is.  Now we got people predictably falling into a predictable trap.
