Camp Battles. Who will win?

I honestly think that Rosario could be our #2 TE. I don't think Hartsock is anything more than a blocking TE and we really need a pass catching TE. Rosario could be that guy. He is 6'5 and had a great college career. His senior season he had 64 receptions for 1,161 yards and 5 tds. He can also play H back and WR. I also think that Brockel could end up being our #3 TE but highly unlikely.

I think Florence, Norman and maybe, Moore could be our #1 and #2 Cbs. I think Munnerlyn and Thomas could also be in the mix as well considering how well they played last year but highly unlikely.

The Safety battle is really up in the air.DJ Campbell, Mike Mitchell and Robert Lester could all end up being the Starter. I think Campbell could surprise us and become the guy. I really am pulling for Lester and I believe that he could end up being our starting safety but it may not happen this year.

I am really surprised that no one is mentioning the battle for the #3 RB spot. Now that we drafted a very talented Kenjon Barner will that mean that Tauren Poole and Armond Smith are as good as gone? I honestly think that Barner could end up being our steal of the draft and could very well end up being just like a Daren Sproles RB. Tauren Poole and Armond Smith are very good options but I feel they don't have the talent of Barner. I really would hate to see Smith or Poole go and end up being like another Andre Brown but unless we trade Williams we wont have room to keep them.

there is no battle at the number 3 rb spot.

it's going to be stewart/williams/barner....and if williams isn't careful, he'll be the number 3 back.

poole and/or smith will be stashed on the practice squad.

1. I said 3rd TE because Hartsock role as a blocking TE is needed for a team that runs the ball like we do. So I see Rosario being used a lot in the 2 TE set regardless if he is listed as a #2 or #3. 2. I think Moore is going to end up being Godfrey's back-up at FS. 3. 3rd RB is Tolbert. He is 1st FB and 3rd RB already. I don't see a big battle for this position.

Huh? Thomas was the best CB last season after Gamble.

1.) Josh Norman - He will be given the slight advantage and take full advantage of the opportunity as a starter. Cap, J. Thomas, D.J. Moore will round out the nickel/reserve corners

2.) Mike Mitchell - I think he could be a hidden gem

http://gnb.scout.com/2/1273404.html

Mitchell’s forte is playing run defense. According to ProFootballFocus.com, among the 78 safeties who played in 25 percent of their team’s snaps in 2012, Mitchell ranked fifth in run-stop percentage when in the box (10.7 percent) and 20th in overall tackling efficiency (three missed tackles). He was the best pass rusher among NFL safeties with nine total pressures (one sack, six hits and two hurries) in 27 pass-rushing snaps. In fact, only four safeties had more total pressures than Mitchell, even though they played between three times and four times as many snaps.

3.) FA or Hangman - I really hope we sign a vet RG for at least competition

4.) Byron Bell - Hopefully, he continues to improve...

5.) Hixon, Bryant, Adams, Ginn - I think Gettis might not be able to get out of Rivera's doghouse...and I just love Bryant's potential

6.) Nelson - Just a random guess

5. I don't think Gettis is in Rivera's Doghouse at all. 89 made some comments on the radio saying Gettis had a Derrick Rose complex this year. Meaning he didn't trust his knee mentally. Steve said he went into TC overcompensating for the Knee and hurt his hamstring and it took him a while to come back from that. So I think it was more about Gettis injury then it was him being in Rivera's doghouse.

Josh Norman lost games last year. Ironically we went undefeated after he was benched

Gettelmen has been giving Norman Rave reviews when he doesn't have to. And After some statements from Smitty. I think the top 2 WR spots are locks and Gettis and Hixon are competing for the 3rd spot.

He's the same guy that allowed him to play soft coverage while the bears lined up and ran the same fuging play down the field. Rivera's opinion is garbage in my eyes. I called Josh Norman garbage from day one while people on here sucked him off like he was great. Then he finally gets benched and we start winning games. Coincidence? I think not.

When Rivera's job was on the line he sent Norman to the bench. Think about that. That speaks lowder than the praises he's singing now.
