I'm less upset with the pick, and more with the fact we have all these RB's but Steve Smith is not getting younger.

this is exactly how I feel about it. Granted, there wasn't a WR in the 5th or 6th round that could be considered a potential Smitty replacement, but Patton was pretty damn close.

I really loved our 5th and 6th rounders. We are going to be able to clear out so much cap room with what they provide. Keeps Ginn as a one year rental. Armanti is pretty much done. Joe Adams is immediately in do or die mode. Beason and Dwill are going to have to play like there is no tomorrow, because if these 2 guys show us anything we are NOT going to hesitate to make room for Cam's money through them.

Gettleman needs to get us out from under the big RB contracts and back to more of a RB by committee.

DWill in gone after one more season...and that is IF he makes it past June 1.

I'm OK with this pick because we now have the guy to replace DeAngelo. But for now a RB core of Stewart/DeAngelo/Barner and Tolbert at FB is great. Too bad we'll set a record for most passing yards allowed in a single game and season in league history.

The worst pick is our 4th rounder imo. I just don't like we chose a guard that likely won't start over a lot of potentially early-on contributors at S, CB, TE and WR.

A guy that's 6'0" and 195 is hardly a replacement for DWill. This has special teams written all over it.

G-Man isn't done releasing players. Unless D-Will takes a paycut, he's gone this year or next.

I see Dwill being gone next year or maybe by trade deadline if a team is in need of a RB, but not before the season start.
