I really hope this front office can go the boom or bust route. Rogers and Rambo have the ability to be starters for a long time in the 5th round. You don't pass that up.

Rodgers and Rambo were both 3rd round grades. I dont think the FO expected them to be on the board.

Yea, I really hope we take Rambo or Rogers too, but if we don't I'll just trust that Gettleman doesn't trust them with their "off field issues" (or they were off the board).

One would hope a coaching staff/front office with a team full of vets would have the confidence to pull the trigger to take a guy with character concerns in the 5th. Rogers and Rambo would both be upgrades over many players at their respective positions on this roster.

NYJets camp, Philly camp, San Diego camp will have huge media distractions.

Spartanburg will only be hot, as usual. Corner turning this year I feel.

Instead of taking a chance on character with Rogers, I might take a chance on Faulk, who could take Gross spot in a season or two.

However, to comment on my own reference to the off field issues, if Tyrann Mathieu can be a third round pick as an absolute moron with "drug" issues, there's no reason Rambo and Rogers should have fallen this far unless part of their issues are the type that can be divisive in a locker room. And that's the sort of thing only the coaches and scouts would pick up on with their interviews.
