They don't. Add in a player like LaMelo Ball, who selectively plays when he feels like it, and you cannot compete. If your highly paid players refuse to play full time, what can you do? -
Wow, what hard hitting journalism DJ. What's next? The sky is blue? Water is non-compressible? =P I'm totally down for trading down and acquiring more picks. We have spent a TON of picks on failed QBs (Darnold and Baker) and paid a king's ransom for Bryce. We need more talent, more picks, more shots at the dartboard of NFL talent! -
Fans would not do great in free agency, however sadly a lot of fans would do better than many front offices in the draft by simply using something like Brugler’s draft guide. It is shocking how bad many front offices are in the draft. The overthinking and over analyzing is at its peak.
