Weidl on Panthers at #14: “Based on what I’m hearing and reading, they aren’t going to take a DT, unless it is Star(Lotulelei).”

A lot of the rumors right now are saying that Star will be drafted much sooner than Floyd, and that Floyd's hype is all a media creation.

Oh my gawd if Floyd fell to 14...... he's a MONSTER. Watch his film, his production isn't that high but he's constantly tearing through offensive lines and chasing guys down. I was concerned about his 3 sacks until I watched his film against Florida State. He commands tons of double teams and still constantly gets into the backfield. A beast against the run and pass and he's always pressuring the passer He would be a straight steal at 14.

What's going on with his heart problem is this.

Some team's will completely take him off their draft board, no matter how talented he is.

For other team's it will create reservations about him causing him to slide down that team's draft board.

I wouldn't be surprised if he was a top 10 pick, then again I wouldn't be surprised to see him slide to 14 or 18 or somewhere like that either.

Not 18. We are Stars floor. 14 is the farthest he falls

Hey guys remember that one time we were all praying Golden Tate would fall to us and he did and we took Jimmy Clausen? Good times.

Literally just imagine how different things might have been if we did take golden Tate. We might not have sucked as bad to get cam and golden Tate would have never had that catch and the replace refs would have gone on for a bit longer. Crazy
