Your thoughts on Star in the 1st and Keenan Allen in the 2nd?

Dream scenario - been wanting Star and Allen all along - I think Allen will drop on the boards, use that as a chip on his shoulder, and blow it up in the NFL.

His penetration skills are incredible, his burst is one of the best in the draft, he can swim move and bull rush and has excellent tech, he has a great motor with incredible burst meaning he can beat just about any olinemen. He is a max effort guy with a very high motor and incredible athletic skills. He reminds me of a big Elvis Dumervil or Muhammed Wilkerson. Floyd will be great, and he will be great early.

Ill have to say that from that clip, Floyd looked like a top 5 pick. I didnt see him getting pushed back as much as what I have heard others keep saying. But, Floyd and Star brings different ability to the table and are very different player. Floyd does have a much better motor than Star. Still, Star is not "overrated".

Mayock's latest mock has Star falling to 18 and Keenan Allen not even going in the 1st. "On paper" that is a ultimate dream draft. BUT you also have the potential of that being a complete disaster. Allen with his knee and Star with potential heart problems. I mean atleast one of them would be bound for greatness, you know.. The whole "Lighting strikes twice" thing and all.

Star has been my #1 player from the beginning, so the only rationale I have for him dropping is GM's knowing something that we don't know about his health. Star dominated at DT against solid competition, getting doubled almost every play and playing with a much less talented defense than Floyd and on par defense with Richardson. Age is another concern, Floyd is only 20 while Richardson, Star and Sly are 24.

Overall if health isn't a major concern for the Panthers about Star and we skip him at #14, I would literally Sh*t my pants and use them as a sling to destroy the nearest television. #Hopkinsing

As a potential second round pick what do you guys think of Keenan Allen comparison to the incomparable Muhsin Muhammad? Don't know much about the kid, but if he's there in the second why not take a chance?
