I agree. I want Mr. Star over Mr. Richardson, but Mr.Richarson brings one hell of a push up the middle. Our pass rush would be best in the league. Straight up.

Dont get me wrong. I love Sheldon and I think he's going to be something special, but to take him over Star is head scratching. Its only a mock though. If it happens tomorrow, Ima find someone to kick.

IMO, Mayock is the only draft expert who knows what he's talking about. The rest are just idiots. But this, its pretty bad.

Disagree. I think Mcshay and Kiper know just as much as Mayock. They all have been right on some prospects and they have all been wrong.

I wouldnt mind Sheldon but AGAIN, we have not privately met with him. I just dont see any indication we are intrested.

I would in no way be upset if we wound up with Richardson but we had 30 visits to offer, countless interviews to make, and pro days to visit and his presence was very minimal. From the analysts who don't really follow that side of things for every NFL team (that's over 900 visits to look at on top of the individual prospects) it makes sense they all identify team needs instead and this guy seems like the obvious choice.

It was the same deal with Cox and I had the impression we were never really that interested in him. More of a media push based on needs.

I would not be surprise if that happened.

Im not so sure how much the organization is committed to a soon to be 30 yr old 2nd year quarterback in Weeden.

What? So multiple mock drafts have Star falling past us? Yea, in that case something must have definately leaked about his health the last few days. Something is rotten in denmark if more than one expert suddenly says Star falls past 14 overnight
