Rams not playing around.

The trade value is down this year. Dolphins gave up a 2nd to move up 9 spots to #3. Rams gave up in essence a little less than a 2nd to move up to take Austin. The Rams moved up in the 1st and 3rd and gave up a 2nd and a 7th to do it. They really didn't give up that much to move up, especially that far that high in the 1st.

It never really did. There's so many variables. Does the team have a stockpile of picks? Is there a certain have to have player? Does the draft class around the position you're trading to and from differ greatly?
