ESPN or NFLN?

Recommended Posts

I actually prefer The first draftnic, Mel Kiper. No one has been doing this as long as he has and todd being the kiper in waiting actually brings a bit of flair to the show. Love seeing the two butt heads as kiper seems to get pissed when todd doesn't agree with his picks. The layout and boarders of the ESPN draft is also superior and easier on the eyes. NFLN looks kind of bland and slaped together with mayock(who as i see as the Skip bayless of drafting) being the only decent eye for talent i see on the show. ESPN all the way.

So mel wasn't the first and revolutionized the draft as we know it? The blues and the grey's arent bland and boring... and warren sapp deserves to be consider a expert on drafting? not to mention this whole leon sandcastle thing...ughhh

No Mel is the Skip Bayless of the NFL Draft. And I could care less about visual representations. I seem to remember something funny that Kiper said about Jimmy Clausen during that draft. Something along the lines of Skip Bayless saying The Golden Calf of Bristol will be a better passer than Cam Newton.

People who hate chris berman saw someone else on the internet hate him so they think thats the hipster thing to do... The dude revolutionized the highlight value of the NFL.

Berman is a legend and a hell of a broadcaster in his day. But he should have been shelved 5 years ago if not more.

I cringe when he comes on TV these days

Mayock was saying the same thing. If you look at everyones draft boards everyone thought clausen had good draft value and that cam wasn't worthy of being the number one pick. No one is perfect and im not saying Mel hits on all his picks but i think he's right more times than wrong.
