Even the article itself admits it's all speculation.

I pointed out that they were jumping the gun based on the information that's actually known.

Can you show me something that confirms the headline is actually correct? Specifically, something factual, not something speculative.

My criticism is actually of the article's headline, not the thread title. If you actually looked at the article, you'd see that the OP just copied the title from there.

As to the writer, he can post whatever he wants. Heck, he could post that the Panthers are trading Cam Newton for the #1 overall if he wants. If he can't actually back it up though, anyone here can rightly call him out on it.

And again, please explain how "interested in trading up" equals "reportedly in trade talks". And please back it up with actual facts, as opposed to "well, we don't know, it could be true".

I don't understand why people are so happy about this trade. Both Cyprien and Hopkins will be gone by the 31st pick. Cyprien isn't getting past the Bengals and Hopkins isn't getting past the Rams. The Rams love Hopkins, Torry Holt loves him also, and I think he still has close contact with them. Adam Scheftner has reported that Cyprien had a private workout with the Bengals at FIU, plus they were trying to get Mitchell, when we signed him. The lowest I would want to go is the Rams!!!
