I will send you my wife's complete recipe during daylight hours as she appears to be asleep as we converse, but she uses cumin and some sort of taco seasoning on her meatloaf.

It is so good, I didn't just say I would smack my Momma to have some...I actually smacked my Mother for no reason than her not making it for me during my childhood the next time I saw her.

I may attempt to be funny during most of my posts but on this one, I am being dead serious. I will get you the recipe and you have got to try it.
