This is good. Gives LA the required time to get the buyer and stadium deal all in line.

Perfect.

You'll be waiting a looong time there slick....LA stadium estimated cost now is near 3 billion (2.3 billion), and Phil Anshutz is not getting any younger. Our Panthers are here to stay. Better hope the Chargers "bolt" back to LA.

Dammit gotta wait 6 years till San Antonio Panthers ._.

Oh well

Another pipe dream, the Alamo Dome will be needed to be brought up to NFL standards, which will cost millions, not to mention the Texans and Cowboys will fight tooth and nail to keep another franchise from their markets.

I just hope they kept the part where charlotte can use the stadium rent free for a few dates in the offseason. A game between Liverpool and Manchester United is a real possibility if we can get it done.

That part is in. City gets to use facility 5 times a year, rent free.
