We need to come out of the gates playing well and get a couple big wins which will bode well for our schedule towards the middle and end of the season when we play some tough teams and all of our divisional opponents.

Prime time games are about ratings. Saints are a bigger national draw than we are. It is about the numbers and money...it is actually pretty simple.

They should make all teams have their bye weeks closer to mid season if they are so concerned about player safety.

I agree it sucks for the fans.

But, if you asked the players, they prefer the Sunday 1pm games. Keeps their schedule the same.

I like MNF because i get to go to a MNF game. I get rewarded as a fan and a PSL holder. Night games are fun and the stadium will be rocking.

If you prefer a Sunday 1:00 game then you are different than me.

Saints have been red hot and popular over the past 4-7 years and are being rewarded. We have been crap and don't get rewarded.

I'm very happy about our schedule.

Like NCSU said, hopefully an easier start will allow us to get our legs under us while picking up some wins in the process. We usually come on strong at the end of the season so I'm not to worried about the end of the season. However, week 9-11 will definitely gauge where we are as a team.
