That interchange singlehandedly creates merging delays that go on for hours.

Austin has "The Split" where I-35 splits into an upper and lower deck. It backs up traffic close to 24 hours a day.

Another bad design doesn't make the bad design in charlotte any better.

i remember 77 was always clogged up when i was little. no i don't remember the previous interchange, though

I love Charlotte...well...the Charlotte area. I prefer to live outside of the city.
