Lattimore has a busted knee and likely will start out on the PUP list or be on IR for all of 2013.

I would go Cyprien, then WR in the second. Maybe a guy like Blidi Wreh-Wilson falls to the third, or you could make the risky pick and take D.J. Hayden who has all the talent in the world but had a serious injury scare several months ago....
