Hardy puts the team in a sticky situation. If he has another season like last season or better, He's going to command a Charles Johnson-type contract. However if we extend him now, we'll probably save money. But obviously we can't do that with our cap situation.

Charles Johnson didnt command a Charles Johnson type contract....

But Williams, Godfrey, Beason, etc will all be dealt with prior to 2014 and they all have huge impacts to that cap. Potentially Stewart as well.

I have full faith in Gettleman to get alot of guys to take pay cuts..and i think gross taking a pay cut set an example that those guys will follow.

Gross is about to retire....CJ, Beason, Godfey, etc wont be that easy
