Florio and 3 other guys debate who teams would take with current knowledge if they had to do it over again:

Florio: Luck, Wilson, RG3, Kalil but maybe Kuechly, Kuechly

Erik something: Luck, Wilson, RG3, Kalil, J. Jenkins

Shaun King: Luck, RG3, Kalil, Kuechly, Tannehill (this guy basically said Russell Wilson is a product of Seattle already being a good team, but repeated him self a number of times saying he likes Wilson)

Mike Mularkey: Luck, RG3, Wilson, Kalil, T. Richardson (this was the Jag's pick, which Mularkey actually made.)

Beason is your cheerleader on D until he plays. I likes me some Uncle Luke and I agree he'll be a leader but he will not be the leader anytime soon.

Fixed.

And come to think of it he sucked pretty hard when he played last year. Beason's a great player but Luke is going to be Urlacher/Lewis/Butkus level of player. The gap re-assignments at the LOS that he performs are something Beason still hasn't figured out with multiple years of experience in the NFL.

tough injury huh? wow, I cant imagine.

Luke will be the corner stone of the defense for sure, but Beason is still the face and voice of the D.

I just dont think he'll be supplanted while he's on our roster and on the field. He would have to be gone and even then still they may go to CJ. He's a relatively charming goofy big mutrucka.

Respectfully disagree. This is Luke's defense now, one that Beason must fit into, not the other way around.

Beason is most definitely NOT the face of our D. He was a great MLB two years ago, but at this point you'd be hard-pressed to find someone outside the Carolina's that even knows who Beason is or what he looks like.

Will be interesting to see who calls plays this year, Luke or Beason. Historically it is the Mike, but doesn't have to be. That will tell you who the field general of the defense is. Both can be leaders though. Davis was a leader this year but didn't call plays.
