Should we draft 2 DT?

We took two third round DT's just two years ago in the 2011 draft. Holy poo what a mistake.

Absolutely no way that happens again anytime soon.

We have been best served with veteran FA DTs.

I prefer WR and FS in the first two rounds. However, I will be alright if we draft one DT.

The problem is that they were 3rd round DTs. One of whom was a reach in the third. We need an actual investment made into the position. Preferably in the 1st, but the DT class is so deep this year we might be able to get by with just using a 2nd.

Omg, I'm flattered tell them I said hey. That was unexpected. Didn't realize they knew me. JJ Watt is about the best example there. If he Is somewhere in ths draft take the bastard without a second glance. Sadly he's not and if he were we don't have a high enough pick to get him. What else ya got Luke? You almost have me convinced...

Right I would bet anything that Bills fans/staff wish they had taken AJ Green over Dareus' 5 sacks a season...We got better than that from a cheap 1 yr contract vet that missed th last couple games. Im not saying he's not good but that kinda production is easier to find on the cheap.

Sacks aren't the core of a DT's production. I'm not saying I disagree with Green over Dareus, I said Green was gonna be a superstar early in that draft season and wanted him at #1 before the Cam train got on the tracks. But DTs, especially ones like Dareus, produce more by allowing those around him to play better. Not by their own sacks. Judging DTs by sacks would indicate Dwan was the second best DT in the league last year and that's just laughable.

In honesty CB is our biggest position of need. We have two pro bowl DEs on our line and 3 pro bowl LBs behind them. Even if we have avg DT play we will be ok on the front 7. Our secondary is in shambles right now and could use some talent. When was the last time we picked CB high again?

I really don't think CB is an issue at all. We're just a bit small but IMO we're better there than last season. A lot of people are going to be surprise by how good our secondary will be if we can add a Safety. I love the group of guys we have: Norman, Florence, Thomas, DJ, Captain, and Dockery.

Every DT I named would come here and start day one and be a upgrade over what we have now.

So this over dramatic bullshit your typing holds no weight.

Wait do you not see the difference here???

One guy was in his second season and one guy had the best season of his 8 year career.

Honestly who the fug would you rather have the 33 year old or the 23 year old??

Yeah I am ok with taking 2 of them, we need the position badly and as starters and depth. There are 4-5 I really like. My favorite besides Star and Floyd (dont think either will fall) is actually Jesse Williams. I would love to add him and S. Williams, B Williams, Short, Geathers, Jenkins... any of those 2 will do

Don't you think you're jumping the gun with the pro bowl mentions? We have one pro bowl lb and.he.was injured.

As of now we have no pro bowl personnel in that line.
