I was thinking primarily about the passing game. With rose colored hindsight. About a hypothetical scenario. Maybe Barney thought we were in the market for a solid 2nd TE. So when we signed Brocklel, he was left to wonder. Hence the WTF. But, yes. there is a chance that Barney's affinity to blocking could factor into his inability to see the field.
