Have you ever reached a point where you were actually going to switch teams?

Much like Udogg, my step dad was a cowboys fan before the Panthers were a thing so he introduced me to the NFL through them. Once the Panthers were awarded the franchise in 93 (I was10) we both said fug the cowboys and have been on board ever since. I can not express the deep level of appreciation and fanaticism I have for this team and in no way ever will I consider changing teams. Even if somehow they were to change locations I would still be a fan of the (insert city) Panthers.

Yes. I was a Skins fan, born in SW Virginia. Been a Panthers fan since the night they made the announcement Charlotte was awarded the team (was attending UNCC) even though I'm back living in Virginia. I still pull for the Skins against anyone but the Panthers but don't follow them at all in the way I do the Panthers.

I have. Was a Buffalo Bills fans. But you know the story. Burned everything I had that said Bills and became a Panthers fan when they were awarded a franchise.

I was born and raised in LA so I was a die hard Raiders fan. When they left for Oakland (again), I spent a year searching around for a new team. I saw some *rare* highlights of Panthers games and for some reason, I started to follow them...perhaps it was because they were brand new. It was late in the '95 season so I didn't jump to them entirely, but that changed the following year and I haven't switched since.

However, I don't think anyone here is going to come out and admit to bandwagoning.

Fug no. Lose interest in the NFL? Yeah. But never change my loyalty unless we lost the Panthers and a new NC team came in.

No way, never in a million years. Hell, I'm heading down to the team store at lunch today to waste some more money on Panther stuff that I don't even need. I do this about once every 2 weeks.

I don't think I would watch at all without a local team. As much as they drive me crazy I just choose to care less than I once did.

Ditto. Rooting for another state/city to win is beyond rediculous.

Never, unless the Panthers someday move and even then I wouldn't "switch teams" - I would just become a casual NFL fan.

Never. im going to love the feeling when we becoming dominate and sportscenter and everyone else becomes bandwagon fans.
