The Keek

On a side note, am I the only one ecstatic about having Blackburn here to help be a mentor for Luke? From what I've heard Keek is like a younger, more athletic version of Chase... both highly instinctual.

Wait until Blackburn teaches him the tricks older less athletic guys like himself pick up along the way... add that plus the NFL-level offseason conditioning he'll be receiving.

Honestly, I think Keek is the kind of once in a blue moon player that ''gets it'' from the jump and doesn't need a mentor.

I was watching the NFL's Top 100 players of all time and the highlights of Jack Ham came on.

I stand by what I said before. Kuechly is the same player Jack Ham was. It's almost eerie. I'm incredibly glad that we selected him (especially after catching flak on the boards for wanting him).

Just saw that. Showed #59 going in the end zone on an interception and I thought...hope Luke gets in there this year.

It's funny because when I was vouching for him to be picked by the Panthers last year I knew his play reminded me of somebody. Once he picked #59 to be his jersey it clicked. The same attitude, play making ability, and value for a defense. Jack Ham = Luke Kuechly.

Im thinking the teacher becomes a student and vice versa. have a feeling Lukes smart enough to listen and learn from a veteran and also just naturally gifted, smart and instinctual enough for anybody playing with him to learn something too.

these arent the old panthers and it feels great!

Whomever told you that Kuechly was a younger Chase Blackburn needs their head examined. Kuechly has an ELITE skillset. Blackburn merely makes the best out of being an average athlete.

If he gives us 8 Pro bowls and 6 All Pro seasons and if we win SB's in 14, 15, 18 and 19 then Jack and Luke will be spiritual twins.

I said 2 years ago that Cam will be the first QB to win back-to-back-to-back SB's.

Damn the torpedoes. :)
