Gettis is this year's Kraken. Last year lots of people were saying he should be cut, he'd never be able to play the run, he would never amount to anything, theyd be shocked if e was on the roster and there were a few of us who defended him and saw his potential. I think Gettis will be similar this year. Might not break out to quite the extreme Kraken did but I think he'll earn his roster spot. Will at least be the #4 receiver.

Hardy at least had 50+ tackles, 7 sacks, 3 FFs the 2 seasons prior to the talk last year. Plus, most people just doubted if Hardy was ready to be an every down DE...not that he didn't have a spot here.

As long as there wasn't much guaranteed, it was a good signing. Hixon is looking to have a breakout year with Newton and so are we. You can't have too many offensive weapons.

From the video I have seen on Hixon, he makes some really tough catches. This is a very solid signing and he should be the best 3rd WR option Cam has had so far. The third WR option for Cam's first two years here have been pretty damn bad--this is a nice upgrade over that.

There were a number of people here last year saying Hardy should be cut. Granted, it was mostly the "sky is falling" gloom crowd and trolls, but it wasn't an uncommon sentiment.
