As much as I love TAVON, im telling y'all Gettleman is putting himself in the situation to take a DT at 14.

Maybe we trade back up into the 2nd for Tavon. A draft of Sheldon and Tavon would be nuts! But it's easier said than done.

Until the gross move, we didn't have much money to spend. So he indeed was bargain shopping. Doesn't mean he is cheap, we just didn't have the capital to make moves for other players.

No, you're just acting naive and thinking we're the only landing spot for free agents.

In most cases.. Those other teams are either contenders, which make them a lot more attractive than us. Or they are the former team of the player. So they don't want to move and learn a new system.

Just more reason for these players to take one year deals.
