Lafell faster then Joe Adams??! lol, oh it has gotten out of hand now.

Sadly yes. While Adams probably has better lateral speed, Lafell ran a 4.54 and Adams ran a 4.59. Between being very very very average in linear speed, and having a case of fumblitis, the comparison between Adams and Austin is a joke.

Major difference between Tavon and Joe Adams outside of timed speed..is exploding acceleration out of the cuts.

Joe Adams from his best highlights can cut but it slows him down where Tavon and even Ace Sanders explode out of cuts.

If Adams plays at a 4.4 level then Tavon plays at a 3.9 level..we can play this plays like all day with Adams losing in film, numbers, scouting reports, in game impact, measurable...on n on..cooler uniforms.

Not saying we are drafting him bc I would like a larger target on the field bc Smitty is small but he would be a weapon on the field that would have to be game planned for.

Joe Adams has to be better than Pilares and Armanti Edwards first..and that is in question after year 1.

Patterson has a higher potential to bust than Tavon.

When the draft process started Patterson was the clear cut guy to me. He had Julio Jones freakish size speed..but after watching a ton of games with him I do not think he is much better than Hunter or D'arick Rodgers. In fact the is worse in a lot of categories like body catches, Route understanding, setting up routes and understanding playbooks. He scares me but intrigues me more than any other WR bc of the risk reward.

I want the big receiver to offset our lack of Red Zone targets where Olsen and Lafell are it. However Tavon is clearly a special talent that resembles Percy Harvin and I would kill to have Percey Harvin on this team.

Signing Ginn may be the signal that Austin will not be the guy bc he would contribute immediately at the returner positions and the slot-4 Wide sets.

So what elite WR lined up in the backfield alot?..well Harvin in a spread offense at Florida(remember?)..the spread is about getting your best players on the field and causing mayhem with then and the QB.

Cool my vid got used for an argument. Also no Joe is def less than Ace. Ace is only 5'7 and still is faster and has better hands than Joe Adams. Only time I recall him dropping the ball he scored on the same play against georgia.

You may want to revist what a less than symbol is..I said Joe Adams is = or < (less than) Ace Sanders to demonstrate how far off this argument between Adams and Austin is.

Id rather have Ace any day as he is more explosive out of his cuts and acceleration, unlike Adams despite similar 40 times at the combine. Also Ace is a better receiver.

Really was surprised Ace did not have a 4.3 4.4 40...hate to not see him in Columbia next season too.

Just now saw that DHB might be heading to Detriot. Wouldnt that be a sick offense with Stafford, Calvin, Burleson, Pettigrew, Bush, and DHB. I would feel sorry for the NFC North's Defenses.
