One time the cats attacked a rabbit, basically skinned it alive, and left it to whimper underneath the couch. Yeah, that's awesome to wake up to at 3 in the morning. Then you see a half skinned rabbit, whining. Then you try and help it out by putting it in a cage to see how/if it recovers...and then you have to explain a day later to 7 and 4 year old girls why the rabbit they were trying to save is still asleep after falling out of it's fur coat.

They have the decency to eat the thing whole. Our puppy did that to a bird the other day. Nothing but a few feathers left on the ground. That dog is boss.

Unless your cat uses the toilet, or is a magical cat that doesn't poop.

It smells bad, really bad. Cat owners don't realize how bad it smells because they are used to it.

Oh and my house's previous owner had cats. Took me months to get rid of the cat piss smell in some places, had to rip out the carpet in others.
