Mike Jenkins- 5-10 195 lbs- this former first rounder is 28 and still looking for a home in the nfl. Because he got caught in the cowboys secondary he doesn't have the stats but we could acquire him on a cheap one year deal. I know we have got a lot of CBs in free agency but they are all one year deals and easy to wipe off the books if we find a better option.

Alan branch- DT 6-6 325 lbs 28 yrs old- this big run stuffer is someone I have been excited about since the beginnin of the off season. He could be the guy we need beside dwan to have the best d line in the nfl.

Corey Williams 6-4 320 lbs 32 yrs old- a veteran guy who we could get for a year and help stop the run. With a big run stuffer an a healthy LB corp we could have one of the best run defenses in the nfl.

These are three guys who fill a need and could be cheap this late in free agency.

Branch and Jenkins are too that I think would really help us. Branch/Edwards wouldn't be bad, and Jenkins could push to start. Right now, we're really lacking cap room, and I think they're waiting to see who we get in the draft. If we draft Star in the 1st round,Branch would be wasted money and we could pick up Jenkins, and vice versa.

Alan Branch would be a great addition. Not liking DT in the 1st right now.

I loved this DTs class in the beginning. Starting to bite my tongue. Not sure if I want any guys after Star and Floyd. Sheldon is next best prospect after those two, but he's an UT.

I want to go with a big vet body in Alan or Pouha into the season.
