I call b.s. on us too. He might have talked to someone like Beason or Olsen cuz of the miami connection but I have my doubts Gettleman contacted him.

We had a void at TE last year when Shockey retired and I don't recall us reaching out to him then. Also why would we have re-signed Brockel and Hartstock if we were thinking about bringing in another pass catching TE? I think we have a 1 pass catching TE show for now and don't expect that to change anytime soon.

Winslow Jr is a hated player because of his attitude but he's no different from Smitty and The Kraken. At 6'4 ft and 240 lbs, Kellen is a large athletic target. He's basically another WR (like Olsen).

No, I love smitty to the point where it is almost gay, Winslow is a douchebag.

again....WTF??? kellen winslow has been bannished by more franchises than those two put together, plus vick and lewis are phenomenal team leaders......what?? gonna have to connect the dots, im not sure what youre on about, or if it makes sense in this context. are you insulting me saying i dont like hall of famers?? are you implying that winslow is the same caliber of player as ray and mike?? is it a black/white thing?? good post?

Calm down, I'm not even going to argue about this. My only point is some players with character issues can still be good team mates and teach young players. I didn't say Winslow was one of them.

sorry, im calm. rebuilding is a slow, arduous process...i get defensive when i think that some well known cancer like winslow will be sharing the same locker room as cam because winslow was the best talent we could get to seal up the no.2 TE position in an attempt to "win now". i can wait for the wins to roll in as we improve our team with quality guys that can play team football. cam just dont need the kind of drama winslow is capable of bringing, nobody does.

hearing that the panthers and winslow are talking, its kinda like hearing that your homeboy has been chatting up the craziest ho in town....she may be hot and could be a good screw, but the bitch is crazy, unpredictable, and surrounded by selfish drama...and she has ended all of her previous relationships by burning bridges. in this comparison, panthers are my homeboy, and winslow is the crazy bitch. just saw winslow and panthers, and got all defensive and touchy, my bad.
