my list:

jarvis jones (position)

mingo (overrate + position)

Patterson (overrated)

Werner (overrate + position)

any cb (not good enough after Millner)

i wouldnt be mad at a TE btw

obviously any 4-3 linebacker, running back, center or qb would make me mad as well

who do you not want?

Of the realistically often talked about options for our pick the only one I'd be mad about is Floyd. I'd be concerned about Patterson or Austin but not quite mad. I don't consider guys like Werner and Mingo because they're not options for us in my opinion.

      Respectfully, I completely disagree. Last year we were:  32nd in Sacks. 32nd in Turnovers.  32nd in Rushing TDs allowed  29th in Scoring.  We were absolutely atrocious on defense last year and that was with a full stable of weapons in Derek Brown, Frankie Luvu and Brian Burns that played all 17 games.  Using yards per game as a metric to guage our success lacks the context that because our offense was so inept teams were not driving the length of the field, they were starting at their 40-50 yard line.  This year, our Defense ranks:  31st in Sacks. Tied for 19th in Turnovers  31st in Rushing TDs allowed 32nd in Scoring  His defense fails to get pressure, fails to turn the ball over and fails to stop the run. Three things you absolutely have to do to be successful in the NFL.  Denver meanwhile has not missed a beat without him.  If another team wants to hire him as a HC and the Panthers get two 3rds for it I'll wish him the best and pack his bags myself.
