Hope it happens. I think he would be a good addition. He obviously wants more playing time at WR, so if he signs here that must be the plan. If Adams survives cuts, as someone else said, Ginn a possible mentor for him as a returner.

It would be great if this is the place he finds a good fit...and success. Sometimes that happens. Hoping, hoping......

If I were to bet it will be a 1 year deal. The forecast for the FA market the next two years are pushing most teams to keep signings this year very short term unless they are outright young all pro calibre stars.

Getting Gin would be a great pick up.. Maybe Steve Smith can tutor him into a viable WR. Cut Pickles and let AE be the #3 QB and a back up WR. Let Gettis, Palares, Shaw, and Adams fight for the last WR spot. Those left cut can join the practice squad or go home.

Steve Smith doesn't have the history of being much of a tutor...

He isn't Devin Hester....but he is a legit PR and KR guy. 6 returns for TDs in 6 yrs is better than what our franchise hs done in that window
