They've already threw around A LOT of that money... The most recent contract I've seen was 1.2 million for a year so they're probably dwindling towards the end

They're also just jumped into the Elvis Dumervil sweepstakes

He's been doing everything he can to squeeze out every extra penny. Can't blame him given his age. I'd like to have him back as much as anyone else but some of his comments and his desire to get the best possible contract likely eliminate us.

Fug em. If he doesnt want to be here and cant understand its a buyers market for DTs then he can leave. Offer Alan Branch a 1 year deal and look for a DT in the draft and after cuts. Done and done.
