You look great!!!! Keep up the hard work.

I am down 60 lbs from August 2012 until now.

I cut out heavy starches, sugars, I eat plenty of proteins and vegetables, workout cardio for 3x a week for about one hour sessions and twice a week I do lite weight training. I stopped using the elevator at the hospital.

All that is left to do is....shave. XD

Same here. My 30's have not been kind.

I'm stuck between 210 and 220, if i could get to 180 I'd be stoked.

You guys check out the workout warriors thread, lots of good stuff there...

Start simple... Cut out one thing (soda is a good place to start)...

Start walking 30 minutes a day and build from there... Doesn't take much but a little comittment.

I've put on like 10 pounds in the last two months and people keep saying i look like I'm losing weight.

O well.

I started a second round of Insanity, but got bored quickly. I found a great deal on Crossfit classes, so that's how I spend my mornings now.

Listen to the Biscuit. Start small and go from there. Even something simple like changing your posture while walking can have a satisfying impact that can motivate you to add more physical activity.
