Depending on rounds 1 and 2, If Swope is in round 4, can we pass?

I was just checking out Ryan Swope (WR) on YT, and I said to myself, "This guy looks fast!" When I started researching I was somewhat shocked that he had the 2nd fastest time of any WR (Austin, #1).

Swope doesn't have the athleticism of the big boys, but he is solid and could very well be an excellent possession type guy or sneaky downfield threat that lulls defenses to sleep as they worry about Smitty, Olsen and any other emerging threat. Moreover, he looks to be a great red zone option.

With our needs, we probably would have to pass on him, but if he is there in the 5th. We have to take him.

Yea, after watching some videos on him I got no problem taking him as long as it's not with one of our first two picks. He's a good hand catcher, doesn't body catch like a lot of the WRs projected ahead of him. He's got a deceptive quality to his route running, good at selling double moves. He does look like he's got more 40 speed than game speed, but it doesn't look like a hindrance.

Having watched just that one 3 minute highlight reel, I wouldn't object to taking him in one of the later rounds (assuming we do not pick up a WR with one of our first two picks).
