I would rather have kept him, would rather be looking for 1 DT than 2, but he wasn't exactly great. Yea he got some opportunistic sacks cuz QBs would have to step up away from our terrorizing tandem of DEs, and not every DT would have been able to capitalize on those opportunities, but I don't think Kearse is that big of a drop off (if any) from Dwan. Hopefully with some experience under his belt now Kearse is ready to step into a starter role.

Thank you. I had the same thought. Instead of trying to find a team to take you to the Super Bowl, take a team to the Super Bowl. Now, i uderstand that he is looking at 2013 only, but the pieces are here to make a run. Still, Dwan was bad against the run.

We need a few DTs who can keep the OL off the LBs--Davis, Kuechly, and Beason. Sounds like a Law Firm.
