Next time cooking broccoli, roast the florets in the oven at 400, but before doing so toss them with olive oil, salt, lemon zest, and pepper.

Roast until the tips start to brown, pull and toss with a small amount of parmesan cheese and a little squeeze of lemon juice.

Greens...collard, turnip, kale love them now

While I don't care for how some are prepared...I love roasted turnips and beets now...brussel sprouts too

Like broccoli but nothing on them. Just steam...or hibachi style

Asparagus too

I still don't like pickles or mayonaisse or anything that has any or both in it. I figure the mayo thing is probably healthy that I don't have any craving towards it.
