And he isn't so much better than Eric Wright that the Bucs getting him makes them a Super Bowl contender.

Wright is terrible. Also Revis won't make them a superbowl contender but it will help their pass D significantly.

I agree that he will help, but the thought that an aging CB who is coming off an ACL injury is going to "significantly" help is an absurd notion.

I just think he's a great DB who deserves some respect. Personally I wouldn't give up a 1st for Revis but I'd love to have him in my stable of CBs.

I just think people get a little carried away with thinking that Revis is the Greatest of All Time, or something. Hearing ESPN talk about the guy is sickening.

This divison ain't like playing the Dolphins and the bills twice a year

That would suck. We'd have to play one of the best defensive players in football twice a year throughout what is likely his prime. I wouldn't want to bet that his knee remains a problem. If he comes back, the Bucs would have a good young safety, linebacker, and defensive tackle, as well as a great corner.

Dno about Revis, but the Bucs are likely to get Goldson. Heard they had a plane flown to go pick up Goldson. A Panthers fan gotta think how scary it would be to play vs a duo of Goldson/Barron if we doesn't get any more weapon to help out this offense.
