Oh yeah , IF Joe Adams could get some drills to help him with catching balls and holding onto the football, he would be fine in the slot.

Slotwr are known to be SURE HANDED. They are not known FOR SUPER SPEED.

There is difference between between being Quick and being FAST. I would judge slotwr on their 10 yard splits, rather than their overall 40 time.

Wes Welker is a great route runner that can find holes in the defense. When he finds a hole then Brady throws the ball and he catches it always. That's what made a few fans mad at Wes because he started dropping important balls in the Superbowl, when a slotwr is supposed to be SURE HANDED.

Hi Joe,

If you could learn to run faster than LaFell and maybe stop dropping footballs like you were allergic we'd probably stop laughing and give you the full measure of respect a 4th round pick deserves.

What is this slow thing people have with Adams??

You can't be a the best Special Team returner in the SEC and be slow.

Please don't let a 40' time fool you. He is way faster in pads during game time.

He does need to work on his hands but he is a perfect fit to play slot WR.

Ryan Swope will be a better and more productive slot receiver than Tavon Austin.

Book it.

NFL Scouts and personnel guys: Austin is a mid first rd grade and elite play-maker at WR. As he proved in college against elite talent. Snags passes and will be a Percey Harvin type weapon.

The Huddle:

"We have Joe Adams!"(a 4th rounder who could not of get ahead of Keohla Pilares and was benched for fumbles)

"...But the Razorbacks had other targets...that were "so dominant" Joe could not be featured!" which is why he was a sought after-4th rounder...and I love the Espy's.

adds "Ryan Swope will be a better slot receiver"...drool...empty stare...others hi-five on the internet.

Austin will be the best whatever he is.. he makes up for his size with elite speed and proven ability to excel as a game planned target.

we probably will not take him even if he is there but this discussion has gotten really off track when Welker started as a KR PR who had decent speed..he is just 32 years old n has a bunch of miles now.

you know they invented this thing called a TV. You can actually watch players play the game instead of reading the stats in the paper.

      Kraven has awful shitty comic book movie vibes all over it. It's just more of whatever studio owns the rights to the Spiderman set, but no longer actually has Spiderman anymore. Wicked is probably no more enjoyable. 3 hour long musicals are tough to endure.

      The Giants games are an interesting comparison for sure. We could compare the Chiefs vs the Bucs as well, since at least both teams are largely the same as they are now, rather than the Giants whose coach lost his mind after losing to us. 30-24 KC in overtime. Hunt had 106 yards and Mahomes had 291. Baker threw for 200 yards, but 2 TDs. Their leading rusher had 25 yards or something. Our offense outperformed what the Bucs did vs KC, but being a division game we won't have the benefit of being overlooked. If our D plays how it did in the 4th quarter I think we can get some stops.  Can Bryce carry a second game? I'd rather not find out and have Chuba carry the load, but we'll see.
